Planned dinner isn’t always the dinner you eat

You planned pasta, then went out instead. Or you made the recipe but ate a smaller serving. Log the meal you actually had.

    A plan stays a plan.

Adding a meal to your plan doesn’t mark it as eaten. Open Food log in Mitt when you want to record it.

  2. 02

    Check the portion before saving.

Review the food, serving amount and calorie entry. The recipe’s serving size may be different from what was on your plate.

Find the week in one place.

Your daily totals and weekly summary are there when you want to look back. There’s no separate tally to keep.
